  • All orders are final!
  • Exchanges for a different size are possible for clothing items. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and reshipping. Please email us for availability.
  • I ship worldwide! Please make sure your country is accepting mail from the USA. Please read here for more detailed shipping information.
  • My website only takes card. Most cards should work.
  • If you need an address change, please email me with your order number and new address before your order ships!
  • If something is wrong with the order you received, please email me first and provide picture proofs! I will do my best to help, all I ask is for you to please be honest with me about any problems.
  • Any important shipping updates will be posted on my Instagram story. I have a separate full-time job so please be patient with me!
  • In the event of lost or damaged mail:
    • Please keep an eye out to see if your package was delivered to a neighbor, or if the postal service delivers it within the next few days.
    • Losses cannot be covered for stamped mail.
    • If your order shipped with tracking, please contact me right away if your package arrives damaged or is missing. I will do my best to help, but as I am not the postal service, I cannot guarantee the perfect solution.
  • If a package gets returned to me:
    • If it was a mistake on your end, you can choose between paying the extra shipping to send it back to you, or a refund excluding shipping cost and taxes.
    • If it was my mistake, the package will be shipped back to you.
